This budget hotel boasts a friendly staff that goes above and beyond to help guests navigate the surrounding area. the breakfast is premium quality and features a variety of Ecuadorian dishes. the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shopping, parks, and tourist attractions. Some rooms have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Some rooms face a noisy street, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

The staff were great too make me feel comfortable. They provided helpful directions and even arranged taxis for me. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The hotel facilities were modern and clean.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the cozy and modern rooms. They were super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Another key aspect was the central location which allowed me to easily explore the best of the city. the breakfast spread was a great way to start the day with fresh, delicious options.

The hotel is situated on a busy road which caused a fair amount of noise at night. , some of the amenities, such as the Wi-Fi, could have been better.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who wish to explore the city since it is close to the historic district and other tourist areas. We also enjoyed the freshly made breakfast with traditional Ecuadorian meals.

The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, and the hot water in the shower was inconsistent during busy periods. the traffic noise outside the hotel was sometimes disturbing.
